The Marrow is a contemporary German and Italian restaurant located amidst picturesque brownstones and cobblestone streets in the West Village. Run by Chef Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo, owners of nearby Perilla and Kin Shop, the restaurant aims to be a neighborhood restaurant as much as a destination. The food is inspired by the ethnic heritage of Harold’s parents, reflecting his father’s German ancestry and mother’s Italian lineage.
