Whether winter has just released its grip or spring is settling in, participants explore the art, environment, and heritage that define Kansas beyond Johnson County borders. Through visits to significant landmarks, conversations with local figures, and thoughtful preparation materials, the experience builds genuine insight into what Kansas culture really means. It's designed for people who work or live here but haven't yet discovered the full story of their own state.

The Pineapple Express train tour is a two-mile, 20 minute train ride that is fun and exciting for everyone. It is a fully narrated train tour, educational and very informative.
