From its inception over 50 years ago, a cornerstone of Brooklyn Center's mission has been a proactive community out-reach, bringing the Brooklyn Community into the Brooklyn College environment....letting the public experience a part of our campus. What better way than to open the Center's doors to the public with a standing invitation to experience the many hundreds of performances offered every season, but also, as a good neighbor, making the facilities of a great Performing Arts Center available to the Brooklyn community at large.

The amusment pier has an incredible ocean view backdrop with beautiful beaches for the whole family to enjoy. They have SUPER SPECTACULAR adult rides, family rides galore and "Don't Worry" they have plenty of great rides for the small kiddies too. When you visit the pier don't forget to join in the fun with Funtown's famous Go-Carts. Feel the thrill of racing on the Ocean's Edge. For all you real thrill seekers take an explosive ride on the Tower of Fear. This 225ft giant ride will power you to new heights of thrills! The Dakota Zoo opened its gates on June 3, 1961 on 15 acres of developed land, with 75 mammals and 23 birds, and 40,000 visitors passed through the gates that first year. Today, thanks to the continued support of members, visitors, donors and volunteers, the Dakota Zoo has grown to a 90 acre facility housing 600 animals, birds, reptiles and fish representing 125 species and visited by more than 130,000 people each year.

Bonanzaville USA is named after the Bonanza Farms that dotted this region in the late nineteenth century as a result of Northern Pacific Railroad's marketing efforts. The NPRR lobbied for large-scale, showcase farms of 1,000 acres or more to advertise the economic potential of the land on either side of the Northern Pacific's route, in particular the land along the Minnesota, Dakota Territory border known as the Red River Valley. They believed these enormous farms would attract people to the Midwest and in return ensure financial support for the railroad. They were right. <br> The Cass County Historical Society was started in 1954 by the Daughters of the Dakota Pioneers in a basement room at North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. Later the museum was moved to Minard Hall at NDSU and began to grow with the help of its volunteers.

Welcome to Magnolia Plantation and Gardens. The Wyoming Dinosaur Center has 12,000 square feet of exhibition area. Fossils and life forms from earliest geologic time periods are displayed in a chronological perspective. Waterslides - NRH2O has three awesome body slides. Guests must be at least 48" tall to ride the body slides. <br><br> The Black Falls is a thrilling, enclosed slide that plummets riders through near-darkness to the water below. <br><br> The Great White is an open flume that is perfect for guests looking for a calmer ride. The Blue Twister is a twisting, turning ride that is totally enclosed. <br><br> NRH2O also has three exciting double rider innertube slides. <br><br> The Double Dipper, our double rider innertube slide, is perfect for parents who wish to ride with their children. Swim shoes, sandals, and aqua socks are allowed (and encouraged if your feet are sensitive) on the water slides. Children in diapers must wear swim diapers. Guests must change into street clothes (shoes, shorts and shirts) before returning to Holiday World. Showers and changing rooms are provided and rental lockers are available.
